Priority Guest was born from a strong focus on organisation, operational rigour and attention to detail.
After several years of experience in advisory roles and project coordination within the real estate and housing sector, Laurie developed a structured, end-to-end approach to supporting property projects and lifestyle changes.
It quickly became clear that the success of a project relies on having a single, central point of contact — someone able to coordinate all stakeholders, manage each stage, arbitrate decisions and ensure a clear, well-controlled framework over time.
This conviction is what led to the creation of Priority Guest.
Priority Guest then acts as the project’s central coordinator, with a clear responsibility: organising, coordinating and overseeing every step, while leaving full decision-making control in the hands of the client.
